In-Room Dining Guidelines

Valued Porky Butts BBQ Customer,

We’re excited be to be serving you again soon. The health and safety of our guests and team members has always been our first priority. We’re confident that with the guidance of local government officials, in addition to our own extensive safety and sanitary measures, our dining room will once again be a safe place to enjoy your favorite food in a fun atmosphere. We have been completely closed now for __ days as we had a professional sanitizing company come in and thoroughly clean and sanitize the facility.

In order to insure the health of our guests and staff, we will be following the standards as recommended by the Douglas County Health Department, the FDA and the CDC. First, our restaurant will be limited to 50% capacity. No guests can occupy a space that is less than 6 feet from another party, and no parties greater than 6 will be allowed. All guests will be asked to sanitize prior to entering the dining room.

Upon entering the restaurant, each employee must immediately wash their hands, have their temperature taken and answer the COVID health questions. All employees with direct food or beverage contact (chefs, expo,cashiers, food runners) will wear gloves and all employees will wear masks. All of our silverware is in ”roll ups”, and we will only be using paper menus, in addition to our sign board.
